In response to feedback that we’ve received from users, we’ve added the following features:

·         All Platforms

o   Updated Training and Support – New iQuickStarts added to assist new users in getting started with Inference

o   Inference is now installed for all users (as opposed to the logged-in user only)

o   “Show Paragraph Formatting” now turned off when results documents are created

o   Reduced file size and increased performance for Inference in Excel (2003) documents

o   Logging added to help diagnose export issues

o   Icons added to visualize data types

·         Inference for MATLAB

o   PCODE files now an embeddable object

o   Streamlined installation (configuring Inference for MATLAB is no longer required)

And, we’ve made the following changes:

·         All Platforms

o   General export error (“An error occurred while opening the Inference in Word Document”) fixed

o   Results document formatting and whitespace handling cleaned up; results documents should now format properly (this was especially a problem if the code block was set to not output code)

o   Word templates no longer have to be read-only to use within Inference in Word

o   Getting Started wizard – information billboards now scroll

o   Inference Online now properly handles the condition where no internet connection is present

o   Many other minor bug fixes
