Dynamic Design Space Exploration Tool
Inference modelExplorer allows users to view mathematical and numerical data as response surface models. It enables “what if” experimentation through real-time manipulation of design space. By changing the integrated and dynamic settings of critical process parameters, while viewing them within modelExplorer design space display, users can continuously explore the consequences that such changes have on critical-to-quality attributes. Inference modelExplorer has the following advanced features:
- Interactive viewing. Dynamically customize views through zooming, scaling and rotation by simply dragging the mouse on the graph.
- Visual display choices. Select from surface, bar (zones), or contour charts.
- Transparent data plotting. Make data appear transparent, leaving the chart area behind the data visible.
- Simultaneous display of two critical-to-quality attributes. Simultaneous “what if” experiments on two critical-to-quality attributes provide deep understanding of design space. This can be achieved in modelExplorer using a four dimensional chart capability where elevation plotting and surface contours are comprised of different data.
- Simultaneous viewing of multiple complementary perspectives. Most insights on the effects of critical process parameters on critical-to-quality attributes are gained from comparison. Accordingly, modelExplorer is capable of rendering dynamic global changes to critical process parameters within multiple views on the same screen.
